Accounts Functions

• Monthly Budget Variance Analysis Reporting
• Annual Turnover Monitoring
• Monthly Loan, Bond Monitoring & Reporting
• Debts/Debtor Monitoring
• Monthly Facility due date Monitoring & Reporting.
• Preparation of Debtors Age Analysis Report.
• Branch Reconciliation
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation statement for each bank of the company
• Monthly monitoring of issues arising from Bank Reconciliation & Bank Letters.
• Preparation of Management Accounts
• Financial Ratio Analysis Report & Interpretations.
• Asset Monitoring and Control

Human Resources Functions

• Recruitment
• Learning & Development
• Welfare
• HR Administration
• Human Resource Management


Administrative Functions- Supervising the Admin Executives to;

•Liaison duties with Vendors/Contractors (Carpenters, Electricians, Painters etc.)
•Monitoring of Utility Bills
•Email Monitoring
•Provision of Stationeries
•General office PC Maintenance, Generator Maintenance/Servicing Office Repairs/Maintenance/Renovation
•Asset Monitoring, Daily Inspection of Facilities
•Handling Admin Clerk, Cleaners and Security Guards
•Handling Internal Meetings and Visitors to the MD’s Office
•Corporate Gifts, Secretarial Duties , Handles Correspondences, File Management
•Handling Car and other Assets Insurance , repairs and Maintenance
•Car Allocation and Handling Company’s Car Drivers
•Staff Medicals, Staff ID Cards/Complimentary Cards
•Ensuring Water availability within Office environment (Water Tank and Dispenser)
•Other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Admin


Job Requirements:
Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8years experience in the Financial Control unit of a reputable organization
• Excellent Financial Accounting experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Team Player
• Familiarity with Office 2000 applications with particular reference to "EXCEL" spreadsheet

Minimum educational qualification

• First Degree in Accounting/Finance or any Social Science course
• Possession of a Masters degree in related field and Professional Accounting qualification, will be added advantage
• Must be a Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or any other relevant Professional body
